Head Coach: Andy Sloan- Sloan is in his 5th year(2009) as head coach at Benton. He is married to Stacia
Sloan who teaches 5th grade at Benton Grade School. They are the proud parents of Tenzley Mae Sloan born March 6, 2008.
Assistant Coach: Justin Groves-Groves, also in his 5th season on the track is married to Laurie Groves, who works
in the NICU at Carbondale Hospital. They have 1 daughter, Ava who is 2 years old and they are expecting their
second daughter in October 2008.
Assistant Coach: Bob Sloan-the veteran, Sloan is in his 4th year at Benton and 31st year overall. He was
previously the head boys coach at West Frankfort High School for 26 years. He is married to Paula Sloan.
Both are retired! Oh yeah, and he is Tenzley's PaPa.
