I am a May graduate from Mount Mercy College, in Cedar Rapids, IA. I graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education, with endorsements
in reading, language arts, and teachers in Catholic schools K-8. I also went to Immaculate Conception and Don Bosco High School
in Gilbertville, and I enjoy the Waterloo area.
On December 29th, 2007, I got married! Married life has been great so far! The students are getting the hang of my new
(very German) last name. It is pronounced Buyer-schmitt.
My family consists of my parents, Marion and Don, two older brothers, and one younger sister. I enjoy spending my free
time hanging out with each of them. I also love to visit my four and five year old nieces!
