• We leave for our end of the year trip to St. Louis on Wednesday, May 3rd.  We will be visiting St. Louis Mills Mall, City museum, Zoo, St. Louis Cardinals Game, Spaghetti Factory, Six Flags, and more.
• We had a very successful membership recruitment during the Freshmen Orienatation day.  We had around 15 new members sign up to attend our summer meeting.  What a great year we are going to have. 
• Thank you to the B/WC Chamber of Commerce for the scholarship opportunity. This years scholarship recipient is Bethany Toms.  Way to go!!!
• We will really miss our Senior Members - Congratulations. (Natasha, Bethany, Jessica B, Jessica F, Austin, Rhiannon, Brittany C, Brittany C, Jessica S)
• Relay for Life will be in WF this year.  We are very excited and are currently raising money for this event.  We sold around $300 worth of Moon and Stars
• Our Awards Dinner was held on May 18th at 6:00 at Cathy Ann's Restaurant. The oustanding new member was Ryan B., outstanding Market Day delivery was Matt G., outstanding leadership was Natasha S.  Many other awards were given out. It was so much fun.
• Rend Lake Parade was May 10th.  We decorated a truck, and walked the parade collecting for Relay for Life and selling 50/50 tickets for the Chamber. 
• Adopt A Highway was on May 16th.  It was messy due to the rain. Boy did it need it!
• We collected over 100 jeans for the new emergency foster care unit in West Frankfort called The Night Shield. Good job Chamber!    
• St. Patrick's Day Bowling Party was great FUN!!!!
• Student Chamber is beginning to form a team for Relay for Life. 
• We decorated BHCS with purple ribbons on our front doors for Relay for Life. We will be selling Moons and Stars in honor or memory of someone who has battled cancer.  Cost is $1.00 - all donations going towards American Cancer Society.
• We volunteered at the annual CASA Gala April 10th.
• Planning a trip to St. Louis this summer. Going to the Fox Theatre to see RENT and to a Cardinals ball game.  It's going to be soooooooooooooo much fun!
• We sold over 100 Spring Pies  Yum! Yum!
• Getting ready to do Adopt A Highway again
• Scholarship Applications have been turned in and will be announced May 11th at Honors Night.
