Welcome to Lincoln Elementary District 156's Smart Board web site for teachers!

On this home page, we'll introduce our school and highlight the use of Smart Boards and other technology at our school.

In the 2006-2007 school year the students of Lincoln School began benefiting from District 156's participation in the State of Illinois' Enhancing Education Through Technology Grant (EETT). This grant has provided 7 student computers to our Junior High Social Studies, Science, and Self-Contained classrooms, as well as one 7th Grade language Arts room. All participating teachers also received a new desktop computer for their rooms, as well as a Smart Board.

This web site is a terrific way to access the information you need about technology at our school, as well as serving as an resource for teachers. Whether you're currently using this technology or just curious about what we have to offer, you're sure to find a wealth of helpful information.
