Requests for new software will now be processed via a lavendar colored "CSIU Special Education Software Requisition Form."
The yellow purchase order forms will continue to be used for all other requests.
The money to support these requests will come from a budget other than your classroom/ program allocation and
your request(s) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Program supervisors have the new forms and/or they can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
The new form asks that you provide some rationale for your purchase. (Ideally, it is hoped that your students
have already tried the software by way of a free trial download or on a colleague's computer, for example).
After the software has been purchased you will be asked to provide for your colleagues a brief
evaluation of the software which will be posted on this website.
