Oh, boy! It's that time of year, again! Time to be thinking about another GREAT YEAR of school. Come one, come all! We're having an OPEN HOUSE Tuesday night, August 19, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Come see what DG Elementary is all about. Then you will be ready to go for the first day of school on August 20.

On May 9, Sunny Layne from KWWL TV Channel 7 came to DG to do a feature on Mrs. Hansen called "Someone You Should Know." Ms. Layne interviewed two students and took great video of some classrooms. Then, she interviewed Mrs. Hansen and showed her giving the morning announcements. It was so cool! It was shown on June 2 and 3 on TV, and can now been seen on the internet at www.kwwl.com/sysk Check it out!!!
