Welcome to Kindergarten! This is an exciting year of learning and growing in God's love.

Happy Mother's Day to all of our wonderful Moms! Thank you for all that you do for your children and for our school. You are an inspiration!!

Help! We are in need of assistance with several current projects!
-We need empty shoeboxes/Kleenex boxes for our models of the Solar System.
-We are out of wet wipes (again!) and extra snack items, so any donations would be greatly appreciated.
-We are also still in need of many items for our festival fundraiser basket with the theme of "Calvert Tailgate Party". Special thanks to the one family that has donated so far!

*Game idea: When reading stories together, keep a tally of how many word ring words are sighted in the story. (Kindergarteners love tally marks and keeping score!) This is also a great way to have your child start looking for familiar words inside his/her favorite stories.
