Fitness Tests and Health Fair

Students at the St. Joseph campus will be developing their own fitness plans. We completed fitness testing so students will know where they are, including strengths and weaknesses in their personal fitness. Mrs. Goshe and several wonderful volunteers worked with the P.E. classes during our Health Fair when students were weighed, heights were measured, and blood pressure was taken.

The eighth graders will be the first class to research activities for their fitness plans. They will be looking at the five components of physical fitness and choosing activities to improve any areas they are interested in improving. Here are some links to get started.
