I was born and raised in Benton. I graduated from BCHS in 1988 (yeah, yeah, I'm getting old!)
I have been married to Varsity Football Coach and Occupational Therapist Matt Morris since 1996,
and my dad is Coach Simpson.
Jobs I've had: Drink Cart Girl at the Benton Country Club, Lifeguard, Overnight Associate at Wal-mart,
Convenience Store Clerk, Sales clerk in the Levi's Department, Residence Hall Assistant (college RA) and Hall Director, Store
Manager, Assistant Directer of Residence Life, substituting Pre-K through High School, teaching English, Writing, and
JILG.
Teaching is by far the best job I've ever had!!
My hobbies: reading, swimming, watching as many movies as possible, working on our house, and keeping
up with Amelia.
Before I turn 40: I would like to go to Europe, skydive, buy a boat, have another child, and organize
my desk.
My most exciting news: On June 4th, 2006, Amelia Lasalea made her early arrival. She is a true
blessing, and we could not be happier.
