This is my twenty-seventh year teaching, most of which have been here at St. Mary's. My
wife Ruthann and I have five children and six grandchildren. My son, Nicholas was married this past summer and the last
one, Howard is to be married next June 10, 2006.
In my years here at SMS, I've taught grades 4-8 and K-3 in Physical Education. During
that time, I've taught Religion, Social Studies, Art, Reading, Math, Science, Health, and Language Arts. This year I'm
concentrating on Religion, Art, and Guidance with the 4th and 5th grades and helping in the primary grades with the new Accelerated
Reader program. I also help out with the workings of the library along side Mrs. Holcomb.
