Welcome to the Teachers' Candy Store.   I am an instructor of technology integration and Director of the Reading Center in the Department of Early Childhood, Elementary Education, and Middle Level Education at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois.  In speaking with other educators over the course of my career in education, I have found that one of the main concerns, and a common thread among educators, is time--lack of time.  Time to devote to the creative planning of effective, motivational lessons.
