GMS CAREER FAIR - YOU ARE INVITED!
The Greenfield
Middle School is organizing a Career Fair for our 8th
graders. We would love to have a wide range of
presenters from the business community and beyond. The two main points that we
hope you will help us demonstrate to our students are:
1)
There are many interesting and exciting career opportunities right here in this
area.
2)
There are certain characteristics and skills that make for a stronger job
applicant.
So, we invite you
to get involved and come speak to our students about what you do and what you
look for in a young applicant. The fair will run from 10am to 12pm on Tuesday,
June 5th. We are asking
presenters to commit to one of those two hours, either 10am to 11am or 11am to
12pm. During your hour, you will
present to two different groups of students for a half-hour each. If
you are interested in participating,

OPPORTUNITIES FAIR
AT THE GREENFIELD
MIDDLE SCHOOL
YOU ARE INVITED!
The Greenfield Middle
School is hosting a Youth Opportunities Fair on May 31st. The purpose of the fair is to let our
students know about the many interesting and exciting out-of-school time
programming/services that are available to them, both during the summer and the
academic year. To that end, the
Middle School is extending an open invitation to agencies, organizations and
businesses in the area that provide services that are relevant to early
adolescents (12-15). You are
invited to set up a display table and get the students excited about what you
have to offer. The event will run
from 8:15am until 12:45pm in order to ensure that each of our 400 students has
a chance to visit the fair.
