If we want to be competitive as a high school program, we must continually
improve. In a competitive program, players must work outside the season or risk being passed up by players and programs
who are working hard.
Because of the loss of some great seniors after last season, the door is
open for players to step up from the JV or the U14 teams. Current varsity players will have to work hard to hold their
spot.
As a program, we are highly encouraging you as a player to develop.
Check out the Off-season chart below. Hopefully, you did some of as many of the activities as possible.
If you did, you are probably noticing a difference this season. If you didn't, you are probably noticing that there
are others players who have advanced. Remember,
HARD WORK WORKS!!!

1) Make sure you register for the Hermantown Player Development Camp ASAP. The forms for this
are below.
2) Start thinking about volunteering for the BluesFest again this year. We will once again work
the ARCO coffee tent. The amount of time you volunteer will be given directly to you this year to help defray the costs
of camps and clinics...
3)4th Annual Mirage Summer Campout!
