Welcome to my teacher website. Here you will find some facts about me, as well as some useful links for either you or
your parents to use.
I am the student counselor at Marissa Unit District #40, and I work in both the Junior-Senior High School and the Elementary
School. Typically I spend a half-day in each building. This is my second year in this position.
In addition to my counseling duties,I am also the assistant High School Girls Basketball coach. I just finished
my 10th year of coaching basketball, and look forward to every season now just as much as I did when I started coaching.
At home, I have two young children, a boy and a girl. Chance is my son, and he is two and a half. He enjoys baseball,
horses, Elmo, and playing with his baby sister, Reese. Reese will be one in December, and is just starting to move around
on her own. My wife, Shauna, is the Assistant Director of Admissions at SIU-E. We have been married since June 30th, 2001.
In my free time, I enjoy playing ice hockey, golf, traveling, and spending time with my family.
