Ulster BOCES supports Mandarin and Follett Destiny in the Automation CoSer.

*Stage 1 - Part A and B - Records conversion, purchasing of initial equipment and library management system.

**Stage 2 - System Maintenance - Once your system is fully-functional, annual maintenance is required. This includes system upgrades and support for all modules. Upgrades of existing library equipment and systems and installation are additional charges. Users' group sessions are held a minimum of one time per year.
