Our school administrative leaders realize that there are many leadership roles in Catholic schools. Geese in flight are a reminder of what we need to remember about good leading.

Like the geese, we allow different leaders to emerge as necessary, we motivate whoever leads by "honking" our support, we encourage those who are "down" until they are able to resume their "flight" with renewed vigor, and we "fly" in a formation that is consensual and benefits the entire community.

This web site is dedicated to those selfless diocesan educators who have the additional responsibility of managing their school's curriculum implementation and accountability procedures or of supervising members new to our faculty in the Professional Mentoring Program and ensuring that mentors are trained in the use of State of Florida Domains 1.0 - 6.0. The site is also dedicated to the Technology Coordinators, who not only train diocesan faculty and students in computer use, but also are often asked to manage networks, review software, etc., as well as monitor the ethical use of technological resources.
