KINDERGARTEN
Kindergarteners made a chart showing favorite fruits. VOCABULARY: naranja-orange, manzana-apple, uvas-grapes, pera-pear,
fresa-strawberry.
1ST GRADE
1st Graders listened to the story La Oruga Muy Hambrienta (The Very Hungry Caterpillar). They drew a picture of their
own "oruga". VOCABULARY: lunes-Monday, martes-Tuesday, miércoles-Wednesday, jueves-Thursday, viernes-Friday, sábado-Saturday,
domingo-Sunday.

2ND GRADE
2nd Graders made booklets about their activities for each day of the week. VOCABULARY: lunes-Monday,
martes-Tuesday, miércoles-Wednesday, jueves-Thursday, viernes-Friday, sábado-Saturday, domingo-Sunday.

3RD GRADE
The 3rd graders presented a Spanish play about snowflakes (los copos de nieve) and their shapes to the second graders.
They were rewarded with a "bola de nieve y limonada fiesta" (snowball-donut hole, lemonade party). They will
also be reading a book about building a muñeco de nieve (snowman).
