We will be learning many things this school year. Students will begin with a review of many grammar skills.
Throughout the year we will be reading three novels and many types of literature. New this year schoolwide we will be
working to improve student vocabulary. This will be done with the Word of the Day! I hope you are looking forward
to gaining new knowledge and utilizing previous knowledge.
Events and Announcements
There is a word of the day test on December 9, 2005. The test is in social studies.
Please study.
Please keep your words from the Word of the Day. There will be
another review test in December before Christmas.
Our speaker for Civil Rights has been rescheduled for January 12, 2006. He was ill and unable to present in November.
He will be here at 2:00 in the new gym.
Christmas holiday begins on December 19, 2005. Students
will return to school on January 3, 2006.
