School will be over is less than 30 days!  Can you believe it?!?  We are very current with my expectations for your math which is a great credit to all of you.  Paying attention in class, doing homework and studying for exams all pay off!

Technology Update

Okay, okay!!  You all know more about the SmartBoard than I do!  How does it feel to be the teacher instead of the student?

As you can see, we are spending more time using this valuable tool we're lucky enough to have.  As time goes on, we'll both be using it more and more!

Our final quarter is here!  Please stay focused!  What you learn is going with you to high school!

I feel confident you will all do well.  This is a chapter where skills you have learned really apply to real life.  Remember to tip your waitress or waiter the appropriate percent of your bill the next time you dine out!

Just when you think the stack is too high...

Baseball season is here!  Are you a world-champion White Sox fan or do you root for the other Chicago team?

What do you think of the new player the Cubs got for next season?  Will he help "break the curse?"

Mr. and Mrs. Walker go out to a fancy restaurant for dinner.  The bill was $62.50.  They had excellent service and planned to tip their waiter 20% of the bill.  What amount did they leave him?
